Christopher D. Bassett is a New York based artisan with
a sculpture background and love for nature.

Early in his career he worked as a floral stylist for magazines
and publications. He worked doing flowers for the Mapplethorpe Foundation as well as private clients.

      It was his chance to work with photographer Bruce Weber on a Versace ad campaign that opened the doors to the big screen. 

       For over 30 years he has created beautiful works in movies and television. From The Greatest Showman, Bed of Roses,
A Perfect Murder, The Stepford Wives to The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and Billions to name a few.

      Currently Christopher creates handmade decorative objects that are available through select stores in New York.
